  • 1 tsp dashi soy sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • shaved, dried bonito to garnish

  • 8 g shaved, dried bonito
  • 20 ml sake
  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 20 ml mirin
