  • 15 g hijiki seaweed (dried)
  • 1 sheet age (deep-fried tofu)
  • 1/3 carrot
  • 50 g boiled soy beans or edamame
  • 200 ml soup stock (dashi)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp mirin or sugar
