Ingredients
  

For 5 rolls:

  • 300 g uncooked rice (660g cooked rice)
  • 5 sheets roasted nori seaweed
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 60 g tinned tuna (in water)
  • roasted sesame as taste

For the sushi vinegar:

  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
