Mitarashi Dango is a traditional Japanese sweet – healthy rice dumplings made with tofu coated in a sweet soy sauce glaze.

  • 115 g tofu

For the sauce:

  • 3 tbsp soup stock (dashi)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
